Terms and Conditions of Use


By accessing or using the website www.grandmazamitla.com (the "Site"), you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.


Continued use of the Site after any modification to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of them.


1. SITE OWNER

2. PURPOSE AND USE OF THE SITE

Tel. 33 51 11 10 18. The purpose of this website is to provide information about the hotel's services and facilitate contact for reservations. The information published (rates, availability, services) is for guidance only and may change without prior notice. All rates are subject to availability and change at any time. A reservation is only considered confirmed when the hotel acknowledges receipt and the corresponding deposit is paid in accordance with Section 3 of this document.


The user guarantees that they are of legal age according to applicable Mexican law, that they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, and that they will use the Site solely for legitimate purposes. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are prohibited. Grand Mazamitla reserves the right to cancel any reservation that, in its sole discretion, it deems to be the result of fraudulent activity, error, or an attempt to circumvent these terms and conditions.



3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

 Reservations can be made via WhatsApp at  52 1 33 5111 1018 or by email to grandmazamitla@gmail.com, and are subject to availability.

  •  To confirm your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required, payable by bank deposit or transfer to the account specified by the hotel. Your reservation is not confirmed until the hotel receives proof of payment.
  • The remaining balance (50%) must be paid upon arrival at the hotel and check-in.
  • The following payment methods are accepted: bank transfer (no commission), cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
  • All rates are expressed in Mexican Pesos (MXN) and include VAT. If you require an invoice, you must request it at the time of booking.
  • The accommodation rate includes: lodging, Wi-Fi, streaming service (Netflix), private parking, use of hotel common areas, air conditioning and heating.
  • Check-in is only permitted to guests aged 21 and over. Minors may only stay when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.



4. ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES

Check-in: 2:00 PM.

Check-out: 12:00 PM.



5. CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

  •  Any cancellation or modification must be requested at least 72 hours in advance of the arrival date, by contacting 33 51 11 10 18 or grandmazamitla@gmail.com, providing the reservation confirmation details.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. The 72-hour grace period is solely for the purpose of avoiding additional charges beyond the advance payment already made; it does not imply a refund of the advance payment.
  • In case of failure to appear on the check-in date, or failure to report a change or cancellation within the deadline, additional charges will be applied to the advance already withheld.
  • If you request a date change: if the rate for the new date is lower than the rate originally paid, there will be no refund for the difference. If the rate for the new date is higher, the guest must cover the difference before the change is confirmed.
  • For stays during peak season or special events, a longer cancellation period may apply, which will be specified at the time of booking.


6. PROPERTY DAMAGE

In the event that the room and/or its equipment are damaged due to the fault or negligence of the guest or their companions, duly proven, the guest is obligated to cover the corresponding repair costs. The cost of the repair will depend on the current condition of the room and/or its equipment, as well as the value of the damaged item, which must be reliably verified by the hotel. The hotel also provides in-room amenities (towels, iron, hair dryer, etc.); in case of damage or loss, these will incur an additional charge to the guest.



7. GUEST VISITS

Visitors must register at reception. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms; they may only remain in the hotel's common areas.



8. PET POLICY

Grand Mazamitla is pet friendly, subject to the following conditions:

  •  A maximum of two (2) pets are allowed per room, with a limit of 25 kg per pet.
  • It is mandatory to present a copy of the current vaccination card, issued by a registered veterinarian with signature and seal.
  • Pets must always be on a leash or in a carrier bag in common areas.
  • Pets are not allowed in event rooms, the panoramic terrace, the restaurant or the cafeteria, except for guide or service pets.
  • The guest is responsible for any damage, additional cleaning or harm to third parties caused by their pet, and must cover the corresponding charges at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right of admission for breeds considered dangerous according to applicable regulations.
  • No exotic species or wild animals are allowed.
  • If the pet disturbs the peace and quiet of other guests, the hotel may, at its sole discretion, request that it be housed outside the premises.



9. GUEST CONDUCT AND PROHIBITIONS

For safety and to ensure the well-being of all guests, the following prohibitions are established without exception:

  •  Smoking is prohibited in all hotel facilities.
  • Campfires are prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule may result in being turned over to the appropriate authorities.
  • Do not run on stairs or in areas that pose a risk of accident.
  • Public facilities and corridors are under permanent video surveillance.
  • The guest must comply with the Internal Regulations of the property, a copy of which will be given to him at check-in, and will ensure that his companions observe the same conduct.


Grand Mazamitla reserves the right of admission and may request the departure, without refund, of any guest whose conduct affects the safety, tranquility or well-being of other guests or staff.



10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site (text, photographs, logo, design, trade name, and image) is the property of Grand Mazamitla or its respective owners and is protected by the Federal Copyright Law and the Industrial Property Law. Its reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorization. Users are not granted any license or rights to the hotel's intellectual property simply by using this Site.



11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Grand Mazamitla will not be liable for interruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the Site, nor for errors or omissions in the published information, provided that it acts in good faith to correct them. Grand Mazamitla does not guarantee that the information on the Site (rates, availability, services) is accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times, and reserves the right to correct any errors without prior notice; such corrections will not affect reservations that have already been confirmed and for which the hotel has received the deposit. Links to third-party sites (social networks, online travel agencies, directories) are included solely for the user's convenience. Grand Mazamitla is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites; access to them is at the user's sole risk.



12. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is governed by the Comprehensive Privacy Notice of Grand Mazamitla, available on this same website, in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (LFPDPPP) and other applicable provisions in Mexico.


 13. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

Grand Mazamitla reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect upon posting on the Site. Users are advised to review them periodically. Continued use of the Site after modifications are posted will constitute acceptance of the changes.


14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the interpretation of these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
